Sie möchten eine neue Grillplatte kaufen, wissen aber noch nicht, aus welchem Material diese sein soll?
Die Entscheidung können wir Ihnen nicht abnehmen, anhand der verschiedenen Vor- und Nachteile fällt sie Ihnen aber hoffentlich etwas leichter.
Was Sie als aller erstes wissen sollten: Grillplatten aus Stahl (nicht Edelstahl!) und Gusseisen weisen sehr ähnliche Eigenschaften aus, weshalb wir sie nachfolgend zusammenfassen.
Kommen wir nun zu den Vor- und Nachteilen der verschiedenen Grillplatten:
